Message You make me sound like I am all for the MAF setup when in fact I am not.

I never said that it was better in a final analysis, which is why I put the post in the order I wrote it.

I would actually love to have the AEM setup because I want to run custom intake piping and use bov's. I also spoke with Harry (Z Tuner) about burning me a custom 555 chip for a HKS VPC (which is what he currently uses also). I also know that I can get what I want for now from a MAF setup till I have enough funds or used AEM units start showing up for the 300zx.

I was trying to point out the fundamental differences of the two setups in a fairly interesting analogy. If you think I am niave enough to let a person "sell" me one way or another on their product, you are sadly mistaken. I simply enjoyed the opportunity to speak with a person who is likely much wiser on this subject than you or I will ever be.

And for the "JWT is behind the times" comment, I would like to defend them in the fact that they have continued to release turbo kits for our cars well after other large tuners did. These kits (i.e. Sport 700's) are ones that other individuals use a basis for comparison when selling their own turbo kits. Do I think some of JWT price points are a bit high? I do. If you are ass-hurt over the fact they have put more attention towards the 240sx sr20 swap and VQ crowds...don't be...those are the things that make them the most money. If you want the close attention to 300zx only, watch for the forum sponsor's that deal with us only (or at least mainly), because they have some great products too.

Shit, you were already trying to rip off a Specialty-Z product before it even came out. Mainly because there were "better alternatives for less money".

I am done now. Rant off. Think what you want. That is the beauty of free will. I thought you were a jerk for what you did with the oil pan situation. You just solidfied that opinion in my eyes by attacking a "general" post about MAF and MAP sensors.
